About Me

I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2016 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. In 2021, I obtained a massage therapy license from Sterling Health Center in Dallas. I strive to find the best certifications to help clients reach their goals and recovery.

As a soft tissue rehab specialist, I am passionate about helping individuals find alternative healing paths, restoring hope and empowerment. I work with a diverse clientele, including those with neurological disabilities, athletes, veterans, and workers.

My goal is to provide a comprehensive, whole-body approach tailored to each client’s needs, with a focus on the fascial and nervous systems. I use effective techniques that clients often notice after the first session, such as Advanced Muscle Reconstruction, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, and electron-plus therapy.
